Extrusion OperatorsCoWorx Staffing is now hiring 2nd and 3rd Shift Extrusion Operators for a leading manufacturing client in Dayville, Connecticut! This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing company and develop your skills in extrusion operations within a stable, team-oriented environment.What We Offer:Competitive starting pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour2nd Shift Differential: +$2.00 per hour3rd Shift Differential: +$3.00 per hour$5,000 Sign-On Bonus after 6 months of employmentCareer growth and advancement opportunitiesHands-on work in a dynamic manufacturing settingIf you're dependable, mechanically inclined, and ready to take the next step in your manufacturing career, we want to hear from you!Responsibilities:Operate, monitor, clean, and maintain extrusion machines and auxiliary equipment.Assist with machine set-ups, changeovers, and process adjustments to ensure quality and production goals are met.Monitor production lines, troubleshoot equipment issues, and perform line clearance activities.Package, label, and inspect finished products according to quality standards.Perform quality checks and measurements using precision inspection tools.Complete production, inventory, and quality documentation accurately and on time.Monitor material and supply levels and enter data into production tracking systems.Follow all safety, quality, housekeeping, and regulatory requirements to maintain a clean and efficient work environment.Desired Background/Skills:1-2 years of extrusion or manufacturing experience preferredISO, FDA, and/or cGMP experience a plusAbility to read and understand work instructions and safety proceduresBasic math and measurement skillsMechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skillsBasic computer skills, including Microsoft OfficeDon't miss out on this excellent opportunity to join a hardworking, supportive team- apply with us today to get started!
