Extrusion Production HelperOur client, a leading manufacturer in the extrusion industry, is seeking a dedicated Extrusion Production Helper to join their team. As an Extrusion Production Helper, you will be an integral part of the production department supporting various operational tasks. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong work ethic, honesty, and reliability, which will align successfully within the organization.Location: Jackson, MOPay Range: $18Shift: Rotating between Days and Nights-work 2 weeks of days and then 2 weeks of Nights-12 Hour shifts 7-7What's the Job?Use walk-behind pallet movement and weighing rolls to assist in material handlingCut cores and pull bubbles or cut air from the web to ensure product qualityTake samples to the lab for testing and analysisAssist in making scrap bales and pulling shafts as neededHang and line up cores, stock machines with supplies such as tape, Q-tips, trim blades, and palletsSet and check dyne levels, opacity, gauges, widths, and roll diameters to maintain standardsCut and take samples to the lab for quality controlWhat's Needed?Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team environmentStrong attendance and punctualityHonesty and a solid work ethicNo prior experience required; training will be providedWillingness to learn and adapt to various tasksWhat's in it for me?Opportunity to work in a dynamic manufacturing environmentGain hands-on experience in extrusion production processesSupportive team and management committed to your growthPotential for future advancement within the companyStable employment with consistent hoursUpon completion of waiting period associates are eligible for:Medical and Prescription Drug PlansDental PlanSupplemental Life InsuranceShort Term Disability Insurance401(k)
