Job description
MyEyeDr. in Columbus, OH seeks a General Manager to lead the office, drive financial success, and deliver exceptional eyecare. You will recruit, onboard, and develop staff while partnering with doctors and home office to ensure a seamless patient journey.
You will oversee KPI performance, guide sales and operations, and maintain HR compliance in a fast-paced, patient-facing environment. Some evening/weekend shifts are required.
