Job description
AEG Vision is seeking a Practice Manager to lead daily operations, optimize patient flow, and guide a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient care. You will set priorities, coach staff, and partner with the Optometrist to support exam flow and evolving services.
The role requires at least 3+ years of leadership in optical/healthcare settings, a high school diploma, and strong communication, coaching, and data-driven decision abilities.
