Job description
Visionworks in Poughkeepsie, NY is seeking a Clinical Specialist/Optometric Assistant to help ensure a great patient experience by preparing patients for onsite and remote examinations and completing pre-exam tests. You will liaise between patients and Optometrists and support the initial steps of the patient journey.
The role includes assisting with onsite and remote tests, registering information into EMR, preauthorizing insurance, and guiding patients on contact lens care and product
