Job description
LensCrafters in Brandon, FL is seeking a Store Manager to lead the brand’s customer experience, align staff with the LensCrafters service model, and drive store profitability.
You will recruit and develop a high-performing team, forecast staffing, manage payroll and inventory, and partner with optometrists to grow patient care and eyewear sales. A High School diploma and 4+ years of management experience are required; ABO certification or licensure is a plus.
