nJob Description:
nWe are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Optometrist to join our team at Bright Eyes Optometry. This position is perfect for doctors seeking career growth and practice ownership. This is a position for Saturday Doctor.
nResponsibilities:
nPerform comprehensive eye examinations, including visual acuity tests, refraction, and ocular health assessments.
nDiagnose and treat vision problems, eye diseases, and other ocular conditions.
nPrescribe and fit contact lenses, eyeglasses, and other visual aids.
nProvide expert advice and education to patients regarding eye care, including proper eye hygiene and preventive measures.
nCollaborate with our team of referring ophthalmologists, opticians, and support staff to provide integrated eye care services.
nStay updated with the latest advancements in optometry and incorporate them into practice.
nMaintain accurate patient records.
nUphold and promote the clinic's values, mission, and brand image.
nRequirements:
nDoctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited institution.
nValid optometry NYS license
nExcellent clinical skills and knowledge of optometry practices.
nStrong communication and interpersonal skills.
nAbility to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
nDetail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
nCommitment to providing outstanding patient care and customer service.
