Job description
MyEyeDr. is seeking a General Manager to lead an ophthalmic office, driving a personalized eyecare experience for patients. You will partner with community doctors, vendors, and the team to ensure top-notch patient care, financial performance, and smooth operations.
Some evening and weekend shifts are required. The role reports to the District Manager and will own patient experiences, KPIs, staff performance, and office operations while acting as the brand ambassador.
