Job description
MyEyeDr. is seeking a General Manager to lead an eye care office in Bel Air, MD.
You will cultivate a collaborative environment with associates and partners to deliver a personalized patient experience while overseeing patient experiences, financial performance, team development, and day-to-day operations. As Office Leader, you will drive KPI results, manage scheduling, HR policies, and doctor partnerships, and serve as brand ambassador.
