Job description
Seminole Casino Coconut Creek seeks an Executive Director of Food & Beverage to provide senior property-level leadership across all outlets, translate enterprise objectives into operating plans, and drive financial performance, guest experience, and food quality.
The role oversees budgets, staffing, menu strategies, capital projects, regulatory compliance, and development of the Food & Beverage leadership team, while maintaining tribal and regulatory guidelines.
