We’re currently seeking a Business Manager (Finance & Insurance) to join our leadership team in Sarasota, Florida . This position plays a key role in shaping the customer experience, guiding each sale through financing, titling, and protection products while upholding the highest standards of compliance and customer care.
About the Role
As the F&I Manager, you’ll lead the dealership’s Finance and Insurance Department , working closely with the Sales and General Manager to ensure financial performance, customer satisfaction, and adherence to company and regulatory standards.
What You’ll Do
Develop and maintain relationships with banks and lenders to expand financing options.
Oversee all dealership closings and maximize profitability through backend products.
Ensure compliance with all Federal and State F&I regulations.
Collaborate with sales teams to structure and close deals effectively.
Represent the dealership at offsite events such as demo days or community gatherings.
Contribute to staff development through training on products, compliance, and customer service.

Proven success in a Finance & Insurance role within a powersports or automotive dealership .
Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Commitment to transparency, accuracy, and high performance .
Ability to thrive in a high-volume, team-driven environment .
Knowledge of Federal and State F&I compliance requirements .
