FAA - Production Assembler 3Full-time Oro Valley, AZ Exclusive confidential search — details shared with qualified applicants.Become a Key Player as an Assembler 3You will perform detailed electromechanical and electronic assembly work that ensures product quality and airworthiness for the organization. You will work onsite on the 1st shift in a manufacturing environment, collaborating with production leads, inspectors, and other technicians to meet production schedules and quality standards.Here's How You'll Make an Impact on the TeamPerform disassembly, assembly, rework, and minimum testing of electrical/electronic equipmentUse electric soldering equipment to IPC-A-610B standard and perform soldering/brazing tasksCut, prepare and pre-tin wires; prepare batteries; apply conformal coat; perform marking and adhesive bondingConduct inspections of your own and others' work against drawings and specificationsMaintain a clean, orderly workstation following 5S standards and adhere to safety policiesFollow written and verbal instructions and complete work under direct or limited supervisionAssist other departments with job duties, training, and development as neededBe available for variable schedules, overtime, nights and weekends as requiredHere's What You'll Need to Be Successful in This RoleMinimum 5 years of related work experience in electrical/avionics manufacturing or completion of OJT for at least 10 productsHigh school diploma or equivalentGood mechanical aptitude and strong manual dexterity for working with small partsProficiency using hand tools, power tools, electric soldering gun, and inspection aidsAbility to read and interpret safety rules, operating/manufacturing instructions, policies and proceduresBasic mathematics skills and problem-solving ability for straightforward and occasionally atypical situationsEffective oral, written and interpersonal communication skillsAble to work all shifts and available for overtime and weekends as neededPay Range$16.00 - $20.00/hourReady to Make Your Mark?This role may fill quickly.
