Fab Lead Paint Line Loader - 2nd ShiftEaton's ES AMER ARS PDCAD division is currently seeking a Fab Lead Paint Line Loader - 2nd Shift. This position is based at our Arden, NC location. The hourly rate for this position is $21.00 per hour. Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.What You'll Do:The Lead Paint Line Loader's primary function is to lead the operation of the paint line by performing operator maintenance tasks and collaborating with paint line personnel to achieve daily goals. In this position you will:Perform initial set-up for machine operationOperate equipment/machinery to produce painted partsMaintain inventory of supplies necessary to perform daily operations of paint linePerform quality checks to ensure quality standards are metPerform necessary operator maintenance on fabrication equipmentProvide on-the-job training as neededPerform TPM and 5S+ responsibilities dailyFlex to perform other responsibilities when neededWhen we embrace the different ideas, perspectives and backgrounds that make each of us unique, we — as individuals and as a company — are stronger.Qualifications:Required (Basic) Qualifications:• Basic Computer skills – Microsoft Office, Internet, machine-specific programs, etc.Eaton will not consider applicants for employment immigration sponsorship or support for this position.
