Job description
Fabric InspectorKey ResponsibilitiesInspect fabric materials for defects such as tears, misweaves, stains, or inconsistenciesMeasure and verify fabric specifications including width, length, and pattern alignmentDocument inspection results and communicate issues to supervisors or machine operatorsEnsure product quality by following company standards and customer requirementsIdentify and classify defects according to established guidelinesMaintain a clean and organized work area and follow all safety proceduresAssist with material handling as needed, including rolling, tagging, and staging inspected fabricQualificationsExperience in textile inspection or manufacturing preferredStrong attention to detail and ability to spot defects quicklyBasic math and measurement skillsAbility to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbsReliable, punctual, and able to work independentlyWork EnvironmentFull-time position in a textile production facilityFast-paced environment with repetitive tasks and consistent workflow
