Shift Premium: $.32/ hour extra for shift differentialWhat You Will Be DoingAccountable for health, safety, and environmental aspects related to this position. Responsible for following Standardized Work and Work Instructions. Identify product defects and communicate with leaders. Operate and assist with maintaining proper equipment lubrication levels. Enter appropriate AS 400 transactions. Effective communication with Maintenance regarding equipment issues. Effective communication at shift transition. Operator care / housekeeping standards. Perform other duties as assigned. Efficiently operate all fabrication equipment to meet customer demand.What Will Make You Successful?Required Education/ Experience: High School Diploma or GED equivalent. Previous experience in a heavy manufacturing environment. Metal working using precision instruments to produce tight tolerance products. Must be able to understand basic English instructions and effectively communicate regarding safety, quality, and production requirements.
