Fabrication LeadTrillium Staffing is now seeking a Fabrication Lead in Houston, TX for a direct-hire opportunity!Pay range is $30-$40/hr. DOE. Schedule is 6 am-4:30/5pm Monday-Friday with some Saturdays as needed.We're seeking a hands-on Fabrication Lead to oversee welders, fitters, and fabricators in a structural steel manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for driving safety, quality, productivity, and on-time delivery of custom-engineered crane components.Responsibilities:Lead and support fabrication shop personnelOversee welding, fit-up, structural fabrication, and assembly activitiesEnsure compliance with drawings, specifications, and quality standardsDrive production schedules, efficiency, and first-pass qualityPromote a strong safety culture and continuous improvementQualifications:Leadership experience in fabrication, welding, structural steel, or heavy manufacturingAbility to read blueprints, fabrication drawings, and weld symbolsStrong knowledge of welding and structural fabrication processesExcellent communication and team leadership skillsAWS standards experience preferredTrillium has been recruiting and placing clerical and office professionals for over 30 years.
