Job description
Sanmina Corporation Fremont is seeking a highly experienced Fabrication Operations Director to lead end-to-end manufacturing for complex sheet metal and fabricated components. You will optimize shop-floor processes, drive safety and quality, and align production with strategic plant goals.
The role requires 10+ years in manufacturing with strong leadership, Lean/CI expertise, and capability in ERP/MRP-driven scheduling. ITAR facility and U.S. citizenship or permanent residency are required.
