Position Summary
We're looking for an entry-level Fab Shop Helper to support our skilled craft team in daily fabrication operations. This position is hands-on, fast-paced, and offers opportunities to learn new skills while contributing to the production of high-quality fire protection materials.

Primary Responsibilities and Duties
Assist skilled craft workers with setup, preparation, and daily tasks
Follow instructions from experienced team members and supervisors to support shop operations
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
Read and understand equipment instructions, safety rules, and warning signage
Learn to observe equipment and systems to identify potential hazards
Always prioritize safety in every task
Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions
Strong communication skills with supervisors and team members
Ability to safely and efficiently use hand tools, power tools, and layout tools
Willingness to learn and take direction
Requirements Ability to meet all physical requirements, including lifting and repetitive motion
Ability to work in an indoor/outdoor fabrication environment in all weather conditions
Willingness to work overtime as needed
Commitment to following all safety policies and performing additional duties as assigned
