Our next colleague will hold a permanent & full-time position at the Ramsey, MN plant. You will be asked to perform a wide variety of assembly tasks and will learn maintenance technician and millwright skills.The BenefitsOverall remuneration including:Profit sharing bonus programGroup Insurance plan including dental, vision & telemedicine401K plan with employer's contributionThree (3) weeks of accrued vacation & five (6) wellness daysEleven (11) paid statutory holidaysRegular hours on First shift (Day shift)The Day-to-DayMechanically assemble pipes, equipment, instruments, and valves to frame structures with fasteners ranging from 10-32 to 1" diameter bolts and equipment up to 50 lbsGlue PVC pipe assemblies ranging from ½" to 12" pipe diameterMeasure, cut, drill, and tap steel frames and PVC pipesCut & thread stainless steel pipeRespect the project timelineEnsure a good quality product by using your attention to detailMaintain the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly conditionRespect and follow safety regulationsThe Skills We Are Looking forThree (3) years of related work experienceAbility to read technical plansPersonal tools is a plus, but not a mustAbility to work on multiple projects simultaneously and be autonomousBe organized, rigorous and meticulousMust be able lift, push, pull at least 50 lbsHave a positive and professional attitude towards your team and internal and external clients
