This expertise assures you of our ability to handle the largest and most complex packages quickly and efficiently.Panelmatic Inc. seeks an experienced and proactive Fabrication Supervisor to oversee daily operations in the fabrication department. This role ensures efficient production, adherence to quality standards, and the development of team members. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in metal fabrication and a proven track record of leadership in a manufacturing environment.Job Duties:Manage, train, and mentor a team of fabricators, ensuring compliance with safety standards and production goals.Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.Assign tasks based on skill sets and project requirements, balancing workload among team members.Coordinate with project managers and other departments to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.Monitor production schedules and adjust staffing or resources to prevent delays.Oversee the setup and operation of fabricating machinesEnsure all products meet dimensional and quality requirements as per blueprints and schematics.Review and approve final inspections before delivery.Identify and resolve fabrication issues, minimizing downtime and waste.Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and product quality.Maintain accurate records of production activities, equipment maintenance, and team performance.Report key performance indicators (KPIs), including productivity and material usage.Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.Perform other duties as assigned.
