Location: Alexandria, MN
Pay Rate: $18.00 - $20.25 per hour
Schedule: 6:30 PM - 6:30 AM, Monday-Wednesday | 6:30 PM - 12:30 AM, Friday

Education Requirements
High school diploma or GED preferred.
Previous manufacturing or production training is beneficial.
Experience Requirements
Ability to work safely in manufacturing and production environments.
Ability to follow written work instructions, production procedures, and quality standards.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain productivity and consistent quality.
Mechanical aptitude and the ability to safely operate basic production equipment when required.
Dependable attendance, teamwork, and a commitment to workplace safety.
Job Duties
Set up and operate fabrication equipment safely and efficiently
Modify aluminum parts to customer specifications
Inspect parts for quality, defects, burrs, and residue
Package finished products according to customer requirements
Review manufacturing orders and production specifications
Perform basic machine maintenance and equipment upkeep
Complete production documentation and setup sheets
Monitor processes and make adjustments as needed
Maintain a clean and organized work area using 5S practices
Support continuous improvement and departmental goals
Physical Capabilities
Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift.
Ability to lift materials, components, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds.
Ability to safely operate around production equipment and moving machinery.
Ability to maintain productivity while working in fast-paced manufacturing environments.
