Fabricator Position at Schneider ElectricCalling all skilled fabricators! Schneider Electric is on the lookout for dedicated individuals to join our dynamic Fabrication team on 3rd Shift at our plant in Mount Juliet, TN. As part of the team, you'll be responsible for preparing, cutting, punching, and welding metal for our cutting-edge product line.What will you do?Reading blueprints and manufacturing instructionsPerforming pem, tap, and radius operationsIdentifying and verifying partsRunning turret or brake press according to set specificationsOperating LVD and/or Cincinnati brakes at required ratesSetting up and running Amada turrets at required ratesOffering valuable product improvement suggestionsTaking on additional tasks as directed by the supervisorPhysical demands: PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) is required; safety shoes and safety glasses must be worn on the production floor. Work is performed in a Manufacturing Environment, where prolonged periods of standing is required for duration of shift. Requires the ability to reach overhead, pull, push, bend, squat, and climb a ladder to perform work. This pay range includes base pay and short-term incentives. The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our pay ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level.
