Fabrication & Warehouse LaborLocation: Wichita, Ks Pay: $15-17/hour Schedule: Monday – Friday Employment Type: Full-Time Evaluation-to-Hire PositionAbout the RoleWe are seeking candidates with strong light-manufacturing or fabrication experience to join our team. This is a hands-on, physically demanding position that requires working with tools and performing tasks that involve strength and precision.Key ResponsibilitiesHeavy lifting and moving conveyor belting, hoses, and related materialsCutting, rolling, and handling rubber materialsDriving rivets using hammers and other toolsDragging and rolling belting for installation or repairPerforming general maintenance and fabrication tasks as neededQualificationsProven experience in maintenance, fabrication, or light manufacturingComfortable with physical labor and working in an active environmentAbility to safely operate hand tools and equipmentStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailReliable and able to work independently or as part of a teamPreferred BackgroundPrevious experience in conveyor systems, industrial maintenance, or similar fieldsFamiliarity with rubber materials and fabrication processesCarpentry experience
