Fabrication WelderPay: $17–$20/hour DOE Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Location: Bossier City, LA 71111 Experience: 3–5 years requiredJob DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Fabrication Welder to join a growing team in Bossier City, LA. This position is ideal for a skilled welder who is comfortable working from drawings and measurements to fabricate, fit, and weld metal components.Candidates must have 3–5 years of hands-on welding and fabrication experience and be able to work independently while maintaining high standards for quality and safety.ResponsibilitiesPerform welding and fabrication of metal components and assembliesRead and interpret blueprints, drawings, and fabrication specificationsMeasure, cut, fit, and assemble materials accuratelyPerform MIG welding and other welding processes as requiredUse grinders, saws, cutting equipment, and common fabrication toolsInspect completed welds and fabricated parts for quality and accuracyMaintain proper fit-up, alignment, and weld appearanceFollow shop safety procedures and maintain a clean work areaComplete projects according to production schedules and specificationsQualifications3–5 years of welding/fabrication experience requiredStrong MIG welding and fabrication skillsAbility to read a tape measure accuratelyAbility to read and work from blueprints or fabrication drawingsExperience with cutting, grinding, fitting, and metal preparationStrong attention to detail and workmanshipAbility to work independently and as part of a teamDependable attendance and reliable transportationAbility to stand, bend, lift, and perform physical fabrication work throughout the shiftCompensation & ScheduleThis is a full-time, Monday–Friday position with a consistent 8:00 AM–5:00 PM schedule.
