If you're a hands-on leader with welding and fabrication experience who takes pride in quality work and building strong teams, we want to hear from you.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and supervise welding and fabrication crews on job sites and/or in-shopPlan daily operations and assign work to meet deadlines and project goalsEnsure all work meets quality standards, specifications, and safety requirementsWork hands-on alongside your crew when needed—this is a working foreman roleCoordinate with project managers, customers, and internal teams to keep projects on trackTrain, mentor, and develop team members to improve performanceDrive a strong safety culture and ensure OSHA/company complianceMonitor productivity, materials, and job site organizationTroubleshoot fabrication, welding, or equipment challenges in real timeRequired Qualifications3+ years of experience as a Foreman, Supervisor, or Lead in welding/fabricationStrong knowledge of MIG, TIG, Stick, or Flux-Cored weldingAbility to read blueprints and drawingsProven experience leading crews and managing field or shop workHands-on experience with fabrication, installation, or industrial work in the metal industryStrong communication and leadership skillsSafety-first mindsetPreferred QualificationsAWS certification or similar credentialsOSHA 10/30 certificationExperience with rigging, machinery movement, or industrial installationBackground in structural steel, manufacturing, or heavy fabricationPhysical RequirementsAbility to stand, walk, climb, and lift up to 50 lbsComfortable working in shop or outdoor environments in varying conditionsAbility to operate tools, welding equipment, and machinery safelyCombination of shop and field workPhysical, active role (lifting, climbing, equipment use)Exposure to industrial conditions and outdoor environments as neededAdditional Requirements:Work with a Top-of-Mind Awareness for the safety of yourself and everyone at thejob site.
