Duties of this position vary from hand fabrication of several different kinds of Natural Stone, Engineered Stone, Solid Surface Material and Laminate to CNC Operation/Maintenance with the opportunity to progress to CNC programming and other technical positions.Paid Weekly, Rare weekends, advancement opportunity!Job DescriptionRoles and Responsibilities:Fabricate Natural Stone, Solid surface, Quartz, Dekton and LaminateOperate CNC machinesRead shop drawingsAdd and subtract accurately Measure and cut within 1/32 toleranceWork to proper safety standardsUse hand tools, Grinders, Saws, Routers, SandersAttach and install top mount and undermount sinks Drill holes for fixtures as neededLoad/unload slabs of stone and finished countertops with proper safety equipmentOperate overhead crane, manzelli crane, forkliftQualificationsPhysical Requirements:Ability to handle heavy materials – lifting, carrying, pulling, and pushing 100+ poundsMust be able to stand for 8+ hours a dayQualifications and Education Requirements:High School Diploma or equivalentPrior experience in fabricating countertops or experience using similar tools, measuring, and cutting accurately preferredCNC or machining experience preferredCNC operating experience preferredCNC programming experience preferredCAD experience preferredMust be a team player with the ability to focus on client fulfillmentSelf-directed worker capable of staying on task with minimal supervisionAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentGood communication skillsIf an offer of employment is extended, it will be conditional upon successful clearance of a background check, and drug screen for illegal substances.Additional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
