Fabricator – 1st ShiftPay: $23.00–$28.00 per hour, based on experience Shift: 1st Shift, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM, Monday–Friday . No weekendsJob DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced Fabricator to join our team. This position requires strong welding and fabrication experience along with the ability to read and work from blueprints and prints. The ideal candidate has experience with TIG and MIG welding, metal fabrication, and polishing multiple types of metal. We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, takes pride in their work, and wants the opportunity to expand their skills into areas such as custom welding, construction, and heavy equipment.ResponsibilitiesPerform TIG and MIG welding on various metalsFabricate components according to blueprints, prints, and specificationsRead and interpret blueprints, drawings, and measurementsCut, bend, roll, form, and finish metal componentsPolish and finish multiple types of metalMeasure and inspect completed work for accuracy and qualityOperate fabrication equipment safely and efficientlyTroubleshoot fabrication and welding issues as neededMaintain a clean and organized work areaFollow all company safety and quality proceduresAssist with custom fabrication and welding projectsPerform other duties as assignedQualificationsStrong welding experience is requiredFabrication experience is requiredAbility to read and interpret blueprints/prints is requiredProficiency in TIG and MIG weldingExperience polishing and finishing multiple types of metalAbility to accurately use measuring toolsExperience bending, rolling, and cutting metal is preferredExperience operating fabrication equipment such as lasers, press brakes, saws, or other fabrication machinery is preferredStrong mechanical aptitude and attention to detailAbility to work independently and stay productive with limited supervisionWillingness to learn additional skills, including construction, heavy equipment, and custom weldingBenefitsHealth insuranceDental insuranceVision insuranceLife insurance401(k)One week of vacation after one yearTwo weeks of vacation after two yearsWhat We're Looking ForWe are looking for an experienced fabricator with a solid foundation in welding, fabrication, and blueprint reading.
