Detail A highend aesthetic surgery practice in southern California is seeking a Facial Plastic Surgeon to perform advanced elective facial procedures, including facelifts and rhinoplasty, while contributing to both pre and postoperative care; responsibilities include delivering exceptional surgical outcomes, supporting practice growth through a profitsplit model, and collaborating within a multispecialty clinical environment; profit split model compensation model.
Qualifications 5+ years of post-training experience.
Experience performing aesthetic and reconstructive facial procedures, including advanced facelift and rhinoplasty techniques
Fellowship training in facial plastic surgery
Strong interpersonal skills and patientfocused communication
Full, active, and unrestricted California medical license
Commitment to precision, safety, and highquality surgical care
Ability to thrive in a collaborative, multispecialty practice setting
