Job description

Bridgeway Park Superior is seeking an experienced Maintenance Director to oversee day-to-day operations inside and outside the facility, ensuring a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for residents.

The Maintenance Manager will supervise plumbing, HVAC, electrical, mechanical, and equipment repair, respond to emergencies, and coordinate move-ins/move-outs while maintaining compliance with safety regulations.
