Job description
Dalton Square Assisted Living, a community of Navion Senior Living, in Dalton, GA, is seeking a Maintenance Director to lead the maintenance and housekeeping teams. You will supervise staff, manage budgets, and ensure safety compliance while maintaining interior and exterior spaces.
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and life-safety systems, plus the ability to coordinate capital projects and respond to resident needs promptly.
