Job description
LCB Senior Living in Norwood, MA is seeking a Maintenance Department Head to support the Executive Director in managing the community. You will oversee maintenance, grounds, and building systems, ensuring safety and compliance with policies while coordinating with outside vendors.
You will supervise housekeeping and laundry staff, develop staffing patterns, and maintain preventative maintenance programs to sustain facility operations for residents and staff.
