We are seeking a Facilities Director for a top facilities management and services client. This candidate will oversee all maintenance, engineering, and facility operations while leading a team of supervisors and technicians in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership skills, budget ownership experience, and deep knowledge of building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and life safety systems. This individual will be responsible for driving operational excellence, ensuring regulatory compliance, managing client relationships, and delivering a proactive maintenance program that supports both facility performance and customer satisfaction. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on facilities leader looking to make a significant impact across a large-scale operation.
Day-to-Day:
Direct all facility maintenance and engineering operations
Lead maintenance managers, supervisors, and frontline employees
Ensure compliance with Aramark, client, and regulatory standards
Oversee electrical, HVAC, plumbing, fire/life safety, water treatment, and utility systems
Manage vendor relationships and service providers
Develop and manage operational forecasts and budgets
Maintain financial accountability and capital planning
Conduct facility assessments and implement corrective action plans
Partner with client leadership and conduct operational rounding
Drive employee engagement, development, and performance management
Ensure compliance with contract obligations and safety programs
Identify opportunities for operational improvements and service expansion
