Job description
ABM Industries is seeking an Engineering Supervisor to lead a team delivering safe, reliable building operations for commercial and institutional clients. You will oversee daily maintenance of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and life-safety systems; coordinate work orders; manage vendors; and ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards. Responsibilities include supervising engineers and technicians, training staff, monitoring building automation systems, optimizing energy use, planning preventive maintenance, and supporting budgeting, capital projects, and client communication to ensure excellent facility performance.
