Job description
Sylvan Shores Health and Wellness in LaPorte, TX is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the Grounds Department. The role covers lawn care, trees, gardens, irrigation, signage, fencing, and snow/ice removal, with on-call duties outside standard hours.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years in grounds maintenance and demonstrated leadership experience; prior supervisory or director experience is a strong plus. Strong physical ability and basic computer skills are required.
