Job description
Renwick Nursing and Rehab in Joliet, IL is seeking a dynamic Maintenance Director to oversee the Planning, Organization, Staffing, and Coordination of Maintenance, Laundry, and Housekeeping departments. This role ensures the facility remains clean, safe, and well-maintained while providing laundry services for resident clothing and linens.
You will recruit and lead staff, manage scheduling, and supervise purchasing and life-safety inspections. On-call 24/7 for emergencies.
