Job description
Maintenance Director position available to lead the maintenance department and ensure a safe, well-maintained facility. Responsibilities include staffing, inspections, coordinating with outside contractors, and implementing preventative maintenance programs.
Candidates should have at least 1 year supervisory maintenance experience, a valid driver’s license, and knowledge of boilers, electrical, and plumbing systems. Willingness to work varied shifts and on-call emergencies is required.
