Job Description Job Description The Facilities Maintenance Engineer plays a critical role in ensuring the operational efficiency, safety, and reliability of building systems and equipment. This role requires a skilled professional to manage maintenance tasks, troubleshoot issues, and support projects with a focus on compliance and safety standards.
Responsibilities
Perform equipment maintenance and system troubleshooting to ensure optimal operation.
Conduct preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
Coordinate repairs with internal teams and external contractors.
Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance activities and equipment status.
Support facility projects by providing technical expertise and maintenance insight.
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years' experience in facilities maintenance engineering.
Valid Stationary Engineer's License.
EPA Section 608 Certification.
OSHA 10-Hour or 30-Hour Safety Training certification.
