Job description
Jones Lang LaSalle Americas, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead day-to-day building maintenance for a commercial real estate portfolio. You will supervise technicians and vendors, plan preventive and corrective work, manage CMMS, and ensure reliable operation of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and life-safety systems.
