Job description
Rosario Assisted Living & Memory Care is seeking a dependable Maintenance Manager to join our team. You will ensure the safe, efficient, and compliant operation of the facility's physical plant and environmental systems, while supervising grounds upkeep for a clean, safe environment for residents and staff.
You will perform regular maintenance, coordinate third-party repairs, develop preventive programs, manage budgets, and monitor expenditures.
