Job description
Colorado Mountain College seeks a Facilities Maintenance Technician II to perform preventive maintenance, repairs, and custodial tasks across campus facilities and grounds. The role may act as a specialist and provide backup to the Facilities Manager as needed.
Candidates should have an Associate’s Degree with three years of related experience or a High School/GED with four years of related experience. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred and a Colorado driver’s license is required.
