Job description
Brightview Senior Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep our senior living community safe, comfortable, and in top working order. You will perform routine and preventive maintenance on resident apartments, common areas, building systems, and equipment, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and life-safety systems. Responsibilities include responding quickly to work orders, assisting with room turns, maintaining grounds and snow/ice removal, and supporting vendors. You’ll collaborate with a compassionate, resident-first team to ensure a clean, welcoming, and well-maintained environment that supports high-quality care and vibrant daily experiences for our residents.
