Job description
Lutheran Social Services of WI & UP MI seeks a Facilities Maintenance Technician to keep our healthcare and social service environments safe, functional, and welcoming. In this on-site role, you’ll perform preventive and corrective maintenance on building systems, including basic electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical repairs. You’ll complete inspections, respond to urgent work orders, support room setups and small projects, and coordinate with vendors while following safety, infection-control, and regulatory standards.
