Job description
Emory University’s Carter Center in Atlanta seeks a Manager of Building and Grounds to lead the operation, maintenance, and long-term upkeep of facilities. You will supervise staff, coordinate contractors, and ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance across 90,000+ sq ft and 35+ acres of grounds.
The role requires an associate degree with extensive maintenance experience, strong budgeting skills, and the ability to manage HVAC, electrical, water systems, and landscaping.
