Job Description
Research, launch and maintain Facilities work order management system
Maintain strong vendor relationships with both vendors and internal departments
Develop and coordinate and process purchase orders, invoices/expenses
Screen all facility vendors to ensure licensing, bonding and insurance
Manage relationships with Property Managers, General Contractors, Consultants
All candidates MUST have the following experiences to qualify for consideration
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management Services, or related field
5-10 years facilities restaurant experience is a MUST
Experience with Facilities Work Order Management Systems and an intranet platform
Knowledge of facilities, operations, construction, contract service agreements and financial principles
Expereince with restaurant specific facilities Carrigo, OfficeTrax, ServiceChannel, and Facilities Solution
Travel required 15% - 20% of the time
