The Facilities Program Manager (FPM) is a key operational role on the DeBartolo Performing Arts Center (DPAC) staff, reporting to the Senior Associate Director. The FPM is DPACs liaison between campus facilities/physical plant units, external vendors, and DPAC staff and in-house academic department personnel who ensures that building spaces remain safe, functional, and responsive to evolving needs. Areas of focus typically involve maintenance, repair, renovation, housekeeping, utilities and facilities, and groundskeeping. The FPM also ensures the safety and security of DPAC and is the first contact for facility emergencies, repairs, construction, etc.
At least 5 years of progressively responsible experience in facilities or building operations, experience coordinating with multiple trades, and hands-on familiarity or working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems, building automation systems, and preventative maintenance practices.
Strong organizational, project management, and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize competing demands and deadlines.
Understanding of building codes, safety, accessibility, environmental regulations, and campus facility policies.
Occasional night and weekend work will be required.
