Job description

ABM is seeking a reliable Shift Lead in Minooka, IL to supervise facility operations, delegate tasks, and guide team members during 6:30pm–5am night shifts. You will oversee cleaning operations, manage access, report issues, schedule staff, and train new hires. Requirements: 18+, 1 year in a lead role, 1 year of customer service, and 1 year of similar work. Pay: $18.50/hr with $100 referral and $100 retention bonuses.
