Maintenance TechnicianWarm Beach Senior Community (WBSC), non-profit ministry of the Free Methodist Church with 59 years of service to the elderly and the community. We are looking for a Maintenance Technician to join our team!Full Time PositionTuesday through Saturday, 7am to 3:30pmQualifications:1-2 year's facilities tech/maintenance, preferably in a multi-complex setting1 year handyman construction, finish carpentry, painting required.1 year of electrical and plumbing experience required.Must be able to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines to meet move in dates of future residents. Must be able to adjust shift (only when necessary) when working on bigger projects that may interfere with resident's daily activities. Must be a self-starter who will work independently or the ability to work cohesively with other staff. Must be able to communicate material needs prior to necessity with facilities coordinator so timelines are not interrupted by lack of product.
