The Technician will oversee and assist with a wide range of projects and repairs in our restaurants, which include fixing appliances, carpentry, drywall, electrical, tile, painting, fixing toilets/plumbing, and other general facility repair issues. In addition, the Technician will provide support and assist with remodels and new restaurant openings. The successful person for the position is a self-starter, versatile, and is able to travel daily, to facilitate projects and repairs.Personable, results-oriented self-starter, a go-getter. Team contributor and leader who thrives in a fast-paced setting.As an integral member of the Facilities and Maintenance Team, this position is responsible for:Multi-skilled Craftsmen who can work both independently and with others.Effective communication skills with the ability to provide excellent customer service.Ability to troubleshoot and repair restaurant facilities.Ability to work indoors/outdoors on ladders and rooftops in the winter and on call by pager.Ability to organize work and meet deadlines. Position may require overtime.Valid driver's license with a safe driving record.Here's what skills - knowledge you will need:2 years' experience working in the trades, such as carpentry or plumbing, preferably in the restaurant business.Skilled in the following areas:Light plumbingCarpentryHVAC is a plus.Minor electricalTile, flooring, drywallPaint building exteriorDhanani Group, Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.Pay Range $18.00 - $24.00/ hourLocation: 2834 W.
