Facility CoordinatorWabanaki Public Health & Wellness (WPHW) is growing, and we are excited to be adding new people to our team! If you value inclusivity, balance, and cultural centeredness and have a true passion for serving others, you may be a great fit for our team!Position Summary:The Facility Coordinator is the first contact for visitors and materials for our Wabanaki Public Health and Wellness (WHPW) buildings. This position works closely with the Director of Facilities to keep communications and schedules harmonized while assisting in the management and repair of all WPHW Facilities and Vehicles.Position Details:This is a permanent, full-time positionThe starting salary for this position is $23.28 hourlyDuties and Responsibilities:Welcome and receive guests, service technicians, and deliveriesReceive, inventory, and route packages and deliveriesPerform Building and Safety Inspections as requiredMaintains physical space, ensuring a safe, clean, and functional environmentPerforming routine maintenance on facilities, facilitating repairs as neededManages the tracking of Fleet Vehicles and keep logbooks up to dateManage inventory and keep a database of all assets and suppliesPreparing facilities and equipment for changing weather conditionsCollaborating with upper management on budgeting for department needsReceives, manages, and processes work order requests; ensuring timely response and correction of all concernsMaintains a recordkeeping system documenting facility use, maintenance schedules, and any other information required by internal policy or by local, state, and federal agencies.Maintains an ongoing dialogue and working relationship with staff from other departments to ensure facilities needs and problems are quickly communicated, identified, and resolved.Assists with preparation of the yearly facilities management budget and special budgets.All other related duties as assigned.Skills and Qualifications Required:Be independently motivated and able to carry out work activities individually and as a part of a teamEffective communication skills, to include computer operation.Able to work in a fast pace and changing environmentThis is a multifaceted position and requires visits to all of our properties.Must pass all background checks required by program guidelines.Must have and maintain valid Driver's License, reliable transportation, and a driving record eligible for coverage on organization's auto insurance policyWillingness to travel with some overnights for training events, meetings, gatherings, and events.Wabanaki Public Health & Wellness is an equal opportunity employer.
