Facility CoordinatorNBCUniversal is looking for a Facility Coordinator!In this role you will be responsible for assisting the Engineering team with efficient operation, maintenance and repair of the building systems, mechanical equipment, FF&E grounds and infrastructure. This includes responding to service calls, escorting vendors on site, and collaborating with other departments to ensure the facility operates efficiently, remains safe and is compliant with all regulations.What You'll Do:Managing lighting inventory, including changing light bulbs and ballast replacementPerform general plumbing repairs and maintenance, including clearing floor and roof drains, gutters, fixtures, and toiletsSupport Engineers as needed with filter replacement, coil cleaning and condensate line clearingMinor door and lock repairsPerform interior & exterior painting, staining and general carpentry tasks as neededMinor repairs to flooring and furniture as neededGeneral office services tasks, including moving and/or building of furnitureConduct site inspections and have work orders created in the CMMSComplete work orders assigned through the CMMS and mobile platformRecord utility meter readings as requiredSupport vendor and 3rd party contracted services as required at the direction of the Chief Engineer, Facility or Engineering SupervisorAttend and participate in emergency preparedness initiatives, attend drills and exercisesSupport Facility Operations and other teams with event set-upsPerform general duties including debris removal, rain preparation, materials, and storeroom inventoryAssist maintaining a clean workplace environment, including job clean up, use of pressure washers and other cleaning devices and equipment Respond to service requests and emergencies during and after business hoursPartner with NBCU departments to ensure compliance and safety tasks are addressed promptlyAdhere to OSHA, ADA and other regulatory requirementsOther duties as assignedLet's Talk About You:Cool Under Pressure – You handle stressful situations with ease and professionalism while juggling multiple stakeholders and competing prioritiesCommunicates with ease – You have a way with words; written and verbalTech-savvy – You are an MS Office whiz and can take on new software with easeWhat You Have:High school diploma, GED, or equivalent1+ years of facilities experience or related trades experienceAbility to lift 50 lbsValid state Class C driver's licenseDemonstrated proficiency with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and building automation systems (BAS)Additional Requirements:Required On-Site: This position is required to be performed full-time from an NBCUniversal-designated worksite.Ability to work flexible hours and travel as neededThis position is eligible for company sponsored benefits, including medical, dental and vision insurance, 401(k), paid leave, tuition reimbursement, and a variety of other discounts and perks.
